Why we built it
Support tools got expensive, slow, and overgrown. Agents toggle between a dozen views, AI is bolted on as an upsell, and pricing rewards seat sprawl. We wanted a tool that does the job in two screens and lets one person handle the work of three.
Where we are
Kvix is operated by ApexX ApS, a Danish company registered in Copenhagen, Denmark (CVR 44 84 25 05). Your data lives in the EU. Your invoices come from the EU. There are no surprises about jurisdiction.
How we work
Small team, no investors pushing growth-at-all-costs, no roadmap built around upsells. We ship the features customers actually ask for, and we say no to the rest. Every plan has the same AI engine; the difference is volume, not capability.
