Terms of service
Last updated 13 July 2026. These terms govern your use of Kvix, operated by ApexX ApS.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kvix you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Kvix is a hosted helpdesk that lets you receive, route, and reply to customer support requests, with optional AI assistance. We may add, change, or remove features. We will not materially reduce features included in your plan during a paid billing period.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Upload illegal content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers’ data.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law.
- Use the service to process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) without first telling us in writing.
5. Subscriptions, payment & VAT
Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT where applicable. Customers in the EU outside Denmark with a valid VAT number are subject to the reverse-charge rule. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change plan or cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or other customers. You may close your account at any time. On termination, we will keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it (except where law requires retention).
7. Intellectual property
ApexX ApS owns Kvix, including its trademarks, source code, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely as needed to run the service.
8. Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided “as is”, without further warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific results from the AI features.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.
10. Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret), without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify active customers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
